We are a BlazeSoft, a gaming company in Toronto, turning gaming into a blazing experience, and we're looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time IN OFFICE position.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our WordPress websites. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
●Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins●Integrate with third-party APIs and services
●Optimize website performance and security
●Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
●Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and best practices
●Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
●Proven experience building websites with WordPress (3+ years)
●Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
●Experience with custom theme and plugin development
●Familiarity with best practices for responsive design and accessibility
●Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
●Strong communication and collaboration skills
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team
