Job Summary
As a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational processes focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will ensure that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective people management. Your expertise in VMWare NSX and SDN will be crucial in optimizing our support systems and driving innovative solutions that enhance our organizational capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Lead And Mentor The Support And Operations Team By Leveraging Vmware Nsx And SDN Technologies to Enhance Network Performance, Ensuring Alignment With Client Requirements And Expectations.
2. Develop And Implement Operational Systems Using Vmware Nsx For Improved Management Reporting And Streamlined Information Flow, Optimizing Business Processes To Support Organizational Planning.
3. Facilitate Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Progress, Ensuring All Team Members Are Aligned And Informed Regarding Project Deliverables And Client Expectations.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development Within The Sdn Framework, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Expert Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Utilizing Vmware Nsx Capabilities To Achieve Business Results And Enhance Service Delivery.
Skill Requirements
1. Must have 10+ years of experience in Vmware (NSX, AVI, VCF) and SDN Technologies
2. Mandatory skills to have :
- Strong networking skills (Routing/Switching)
- Routing protocol (OSPF/BGP)
- Advance Load Balancer – AVI/F5
- VCF Operations
- VSAN
- HCX/SRM
- SDN Knowledge and must have hands-on experience with Cisco ACI/Cisco NDFC/Arista/VMware NSX-V and T
3. Strong Problem-Solving And Critical-Thinking Skills and excellent Communication And Team Leadership Abilities
4. In-Depth Understanding Of Operational Management Principles And Practices
5. Familiarity With Client Relationship Management And Sla Adherence
Certification
Certifications in Vmware Certified Professional (VCP) In Network Virtualization,
Cisco Certified Network Professional (Ccnp) In Data Center.
