📍 Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead blockchain initiatives and projects in Singapore. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery of blockchain solutions that align with business objectives.

• Plan, execute, and manage blockchain projects from initiation to deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adoption of Agile project management methodologies
• Communicate project status, updates, and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and security standards
• Stay updated on blockchain trends, technologies, and best practices to inform project strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in blockchain or fintech projects
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Singapore/SEA regulatory environment is a plus
