We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive large-scale ICT initiatives that deliver impactful digital services for the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery in line with national digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets business needs and governance standards.
• Oversee vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, performance, and service levels are met across system enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and contract finalisation.
• Implement operational processes to maintain high system availability and support business objectives.
• Present and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, with hands-on involvement in at least one full SDLC.
• Strong background in ICT project delivery, preferably with exposure to public sector digital services.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and certifications (e.g., CITPM, PMI, Scrum Master) is advantageous.
• Proven vendor management experience and ability to drive procurement activities.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
