About The Role
We are looking for Senior Frontend Engineers to join our customer support tooling team. You'll work on modernizing and simplifying applications built with Next.js and TypeScript, supporting both front-end and back-end needs. This is a hands-on engineering role with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and delivering intuitive customer support experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer support applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with design and product teams, working closely with Figma handoffs.
- Contribute to the migration from a legacy TypeScript + GraphQL stack to a simpler, modern architecture.
- Integrate APIs and work across full stack systems (Node.js + AWS).
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product goals.
- Support AI-driven initiatives within customer support tooling.
- Core: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Backend/Integration: Node.js APIs, AWS (preferred)
- Design Collaboration: Figma
- Other: Agile tools & processes, Git-based workflows
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js API integration and AWS.
- Background in customer support tooling or similar product-focused applications (preferred).
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-dev workflows.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience with AI integration into products.
