Job Details
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferred
- Documented experience working in a SaaS and/or software first company and product environment
- Understanding of the end user (usability and UX) as well as the business side of feature development, requirements gathering, release process etc.
- Proven experience working on modern web based applications in .NET and/or Java
- Healthcare application experience is preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- 5+ years of experience in a ScrumMaster role for a software development team
- 5+ years of experience of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum,
- Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and it’s impact of the company’s
