Salary $105,000 - $160,000 per year

This role will report directly in to the C suite and coordinate all development operations and sprint scheduling, along with collaboration on design choices, product architecture and client usability.

Job Details

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferred
• Documented experience working in a SaaS and/or software first company and product environment
• Understanding of the end user (usability and UX) as well as the business side of feature development, requirements gathering, release process etc.
• Proven experience working on modern web based applications in .NET and/or Java
• Healthcare application experience is preferred
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• 5+ years of experience in a ScrumMaster role for a software development team
• 5+ years of experience of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum,

• Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
