πŸš€ We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in iGaming.


Main focus:

Working with traffic optimization products: together with the SEO team, you will test hypotheses and implement solutions that increase traffic value, improve engagement, retention, and user return rates.


Responsibilities:

  • Launching and developing hypotheses: new mechanics for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation;
  • Defining requirements and managing the roadmap;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with SEO, development, analytics, copywriting, and business teams;
  • Funnel and key metrics analysis (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU), identifying growth opportunities;
  • Managing budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition channels;
  • Scaling successful solutions across company products;
  • Building and developing a team (if needed).


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in iGaming;
  • Experience working with affiliate programs;
  • Strong skills in metrics analysis and roadmap building;
  • Ability to generate and validate hypotheses (A/B testing, funnel optimization);
  • Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in a multitasking environment;
  • Knowledge of Russian language.


Working conditions:
