Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, preferably within the Banking/FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards (especially in banking projects).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
