The Role

We’re looking for talented Back End Developers with experience in Golang, C++, Python, .NET, or Java. You’ll work on building and maintaining high-scale server-side applications, with the expectation to cross-train into Golang to contribute across their platform. Your work will directly impact millions of users and help shape the next generation of their technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable server-side applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver new features.
• Cross-train into Golang and contribute across the platform.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues.
• Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience in at least one of: Golang, C++, Python, .NET, or Java.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train into Golang.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for building high-quality, scalable systems.
