Expedia – Project Manager – Marketing – Loyalty Programme
Duration: initial 6 months contract
Location: London (3 days required in the office)
Pay: £350-380/day PAYE
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global migration of loyalty program platforms from a business standpoint
- Write and socialise clear, actionable business requirements, effectively communicating them to product and technology teams
- Collaborate with product and technology partners to co-design solutions, proactively troubleshoot limitations, and ensure scalable outcomes
- Partner with communications teams to optimize go-to-market (GTM) and business-as-usual (BAU) messaging, tailoring content to reflect market-specific nuances
- Develop a strong understanding of existing legacy loyalty programs and program rules, clearly documenting changes
- Ensure a smooth transition of newly migrated programs to business as usual with a clear view of future optimisation opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders on business modelling for migration related initiatives
- Bring clear proposals for leadership review and alignment
- Maintain close partnership with supporting teams such as finance, messaging and legal
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Genuine passion for loyalty programs and a deep curiosity for solving traveller problems through data-driven insights
- Proven experience as a strategic business partner, bringing best practices and commercial acumen to drive impactful outcomes
- The ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across product, tech, comms, legal and operations
- To be adapt at tackling unstructured problems and finding solutions
- Have a traveller first mindset
- Ability to perform and prioritise in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- To be a dedicated, high-energy, innovative, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business
- Able to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery
Experience/qualifications:
- Prior go-to-market experience within a global organisation
- High attention to detail and ability to communicate succinctly and at the executive level orally and in writing with fluency in PowerPoint and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated experience working with product and technology teams on strategic initiatives
- Efficient coordination and collaboration capabilities
- Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics
- A strong understanding in developing and delivering engaging loyalty propositions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
