Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our AI/ML team. As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI/ML products, driving their development from concept to launch, and ensuring they meet the needs of customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Define the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer requirements.

Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver AI/ML products.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Prioritise features, set goals, and manage the product backlog.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

Market and Customer Insights:

Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to refine product features and functionality.

Performance Monitoring:

Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Utilise data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise product performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI/ML products.

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, trends, and applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
