Data Scientist

Data Idols are partnering with a high-growth global tech organisation to hire a contract Data Scientist. In this role, you'll build the measurement foundations that will define how marketing performance is understood during an exciting period of expansion. You'll operate at the crossroads of advanced analytics, experimentation, and marketing science, creating the frameworks that guide investment decisions across a complex, multi-channel landscape.

As a Data Scientist, you'll be at the heart of marketing decision-making. You'll design and deliver a unified measurement framework that gives the business clarity on what's really driving growth. From attribution to incrementally, you'll create the single source of truth that powers smarter budget allocation and campaign optimisation. This is a high-impact role for an experienced Data Scientist who thrives on solving complex attribution challenges.

• Experience working with Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution limitations
• Experience leading measurement projects, mentoring analysts, or training teams in attribution practices
• Experience with MMM and MTA
