About the Role

We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer across our BluSky brand portfolio to produce engaging visual content across all consumer touchpoints of digital, print and packaging. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with our in-house Creative, Digital and Social Media team.

With preference, we are looking for someone with a hunger to drive our brands social channels through strategic campaigns and content to build brand awareness, followers, engagement and revenue. If you live and breathe multimedia design and have a love for social media, know how to win digital presence and have a passion for the personal/beauty care, then this could be the role for you!

  • Optimize assets for multiple platforms (web, mobile, social, digital signage, print) and ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain social and production schedules, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prepare final files and export assets in required formats; document versioning and asset libraries.
  • Stay current with design and motion trends, tools, and best practices; propose new formats and creative approaches to improve engagement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure accessibility and performance standards are met.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience in multimedia, motion graphics, or related design roles (portfolio required).

  • Basic audio editing and sound design skills.
  • Experience designing for social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback from cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Have Qualifications
