You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of web development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, Next.js, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ADA compliance best practices.
• 2+ years of AWS serverless development, with knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, Amplify, CloudFront, EventBridge, etc. (Nice-to-Have)
• At least 1 year of experience with headless CMS platforms like Contentful. (Nice-to-Have)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex web application solutions using Next.js and React.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Help create or improve processes and tools to ensure business efficiency and scalability.
• Work in an Agile team, actively contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
