Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team
- Manage release processes
- Oversee the development of the technical side of QA processes, including maintenance of the testing environment
- Automate and optimize testing and monitoring processes and tools:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and maintain test documentation
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and load testing
- Analyze incidents and work on preventing them in the future
- Collaborate with other teams (development, product team)
- At least 4 years of experience working as a QA Engineer (at least 2 years in QA automation)
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices in automation testing
- Proficient in Python, PyTest, SQL
- Experience in supporting and developing CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of client-server architecture, web services, and REST API
- Proficient user of Linux
- Eagerness to delve into complex business logic and strive to ensure product quality
- Experience with the following stack:
- Playwright
- GitHub Actions/GitLab CI
- AWS
- K8S, HELM
- Allure TestOPS (Qameta)
- Experience in quality assurance in the data domain (BigData, Data QA)
- Experience working as a Team Lead
