WakeUp Labs is an engineering studio building infrastructure, tools, and products. We help DAOs, protocols, and enterprises launch solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Product Design experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously. This is not a role for someone waiting on instructions. It requires ownership, initiative, and empathy. You will be expected to take charge, anticipate needs, and move projects forward proactively while understanding the perspectives of both users and teammates.

📌 Responsibilities

• Take ownership of several projects at once and ensure delivery without relying on others to set direction
• Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, design, development, launch, and iteration
• Apply empathy to deeply understand users, clients, and team members, translating their needs into effective solutions
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows including research, documentation, testing, and design validation
• Turn complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences, especially in Web3 contexts such as wallets, DAOs, tokenization, and ZK
• Gather and analyze feedback, metrics, and ecosystem insights to guide decisions
• Produce clear deliverables including roadmaps, PRDs, wireframes, and user flows
• Act as the connector between business, design, and engineering, keeping teams aligned and projects on track

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager managing multiple projects
• Strong background in Product Design, UX, and UI with a portfolio of shipped products
• A natural self-starter with initiative who thrives in ownership-driven environments
• High emotional intelligence and empathy with the ability to balance user needs, client expectations, and team dynamics
• Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, DAOs, and DeFi. 

Bonus Points

• Experience working with DAOs, open-source communities, or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Previous involvement in Web3, fintech, or SaaS products.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira/Trello, Miro, and AI-powered platforms.
