- Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Plattformen für exklusive Kundenservices
- Leitung eines internen Teams für digitale Transformation und IT-Security
- Einführung innovativer Tools zur Automatisierung von Leasing- und Finanzprozessen
- Analyse globaler Trends im Bereich FinTech und deren Integration in das Geschäftsmodell
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand zur Gestaltung der digitalen Zukunft der AG
- Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion im Digital-/FinTech-Bereich
- Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity, Blockchain oder Smart Contracts von Vorteil
- Innovationskraft und strategisches Denken
- Exzellente Englischkenntnisse, internationale Erfahrung bevorzugt
