Pyxis Belgium is looking for committed Agile Coaches to support our clients on their agile transformation journey. As an expert, you will help teams and leaders to adopt an agile mindset, optimize their processes, and build collaborative and high-performing environments.
Your Missions
- Facilitate the adoption of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) within teams and organizations.
- Guide teams in their evolution towards a sustainable agile culture.
- Support the agile transformation at scale and foster change with kindness.
- Organize and lead facilitation and coaching workshops for teams and leaders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
