1. Summary of Role

A pioneering financial institution specializing in digital assets and regulated banking services is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead client expansion efforts across the Middle East. This role focuses on driving regional growth through targeted sales, B2B partnerships, and account management for high-value institutional clients in the financial sector. This is a hybrid role based out of the local office in Abu Dhabi, and candidates must be fluent in Arabic.

  • Network: An established, strong network within the Middle East’s digital asset market, including exchanges, family offices, and professional investors.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Work Setup: Hybrid role with time split between office and remote work.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics (CFA/CAIA certification preferred).
  • Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery; familiarity with Middle East crypto legislation is a strong advantage.


4. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Grow the firm’s market share in the Middle East through proactive outreach to banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
  • Client Engagement: Secure and manage B2B partnerships, overseeing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Project Leadership: Execute a Middle East-specific sales strategy, driving custody solution projects from initiation to completion and managing RFP processes.
  • Business Development: Independently build a portfolio in the Middle East and align client solutions with regulatory standards.
