• Build the Unity AR app for iOS, including features, bug fixes, and long-term project structure.

• Write modular, maintainable code with clean architecture that scales as the product and team grow.

• ≥50 FPS and ≥99.5% crash-free sessions on target devices in field use.

• ≥90% of pull requests pass code review without major rework; code is modular and documented.

• You are goal-oriented and think in terms of outcomes and results.

• You put the user first and never optimize for developer convenience at their expense.

• You have built applications end-to-end, not just executed tasks in a larger team.

• Work independently day to day, posting one short async update each afternoon; 30-min weekly video; ad-hoc call only if blocked.

• Ship Unity AR features end to end; keep performance green and fix priority bugs.

• Test builds on real sites in Salo about once a month (travel covered) and feed results back into development.

• €5,500/month + up to 25% bonus, OR €3,000/month + 1–5% equity + 25% bonus.
• Hybrid, with monthly travel to Salo (costs covered).
