We’re looking for a Senior Design Producer to join our team. As a Design Producer you will be instrumental in enabling our hardware and software design teams to focus on what truly matters: creating innovative, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be the driving force behind physical and digital product development, working on integrated experiences. Ensuring that projects exceed users expectations around making health a daily practice. Exceptional focus on proactive communications, organization, timelines, and obstacles are removed. You will bring clarity to complexity, enable smooth workflows, and keep creative and technical teams focused, aligned, and on track—from concept through launch.

What You Will Do:

• Own the end-to-end design production process for key projects, spanning both software and hardware.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and track design deliverables, ensuring they align with key product milestones.
• Coordinate across disciplines—ID, UI/UX, firmware, mechanical, and software engineering—to ensure dependencies are identified and addressed early.
• Act as a key communication link, ensuring clear alignment and smooth collaboration between our software, hardware, and experience design teams on your projects.
• Facilitate impactful design reviews, contribute to sprint planning, and manage milestone check-ins to keep projects on track.
• Act as a liaison between creative/design and technical/product teams, translating needs, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Take the lead in identifying and resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks within the design process.
• Champion and uphold high-quality standards throughout the entire design lifecycle, from initial concepts to final implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and tools, helping the team work more effectively and creatively.
• This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work from our Helsinki office 2-3 days per week to foster collaboration.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in design production, with a strong track record in building and leading high-impact, complex design functions.
• A talent for guiding project teams through influence and expertise, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to navigate complexity and find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in complex environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
