As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products by working closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver value to our customers. You will help drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define and deliver product features and enhancements.
  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer feedback.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support go-to-market activities including launch planning, enablement, and messaging.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development cycle.
  • Help resolve blockers and drive decisions by bringing the right stakeholders together.
  • Contribute to post-release analysis and apply learnings to future iterations.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, GitHub Projects, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-time zone collaboration.
  • Exposure to enterprise software development and delivery processes.
  • Understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.
