Currently, we are seeking a proactive and thriving in change Communication and marketing project manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Unisend brand growth & awareness develop & implement strategy to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and reputation across all communications channels. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence;
- Marketing campaigns & market analysis plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities;
- Social media management & community growth oversee and expand the company social media presence by creating compelling content, fostering engagement, and building brand advocates;
- Collaboration & partnerships work with agencies, influencers, and external partners to amplify brand reach and engagement;
- Website administration & content creation manage and update the company website, ensuring relevant, engaging, and seo-friendly content.
- Hold a higher education degree (preferably in public relations, communication, information, journalism, or related fields);
- Are native speakers of Latvian, both spoken and written;
- Have participated in the development and organization of marketing and public relations projects;
- Possess a solid understanding of digital marketing and a genuine desire for growth in this field;
- Embrace values such as communication, proactive, and teamwork;
- Have a positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
