Senior iOS Developer
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop robust, maintainable, and high-performance iOS applications using Swift.
- Deliver high-quality features end-to-end, from technical planning through to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering.
- Provide technical leadership within the team, setting standards, promoting best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
- Own complex components or systems and contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Support operational excellence, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response for live apps.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift.
- Deep understanding of iOS app architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Solid understanding of the iOS app lifecycle, performance optimisation, and memory management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
