AI Engineer Intern

Grupo Brisa is looking for a talented AI Engineer Intern to join our Data Office team!

Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of Generative AI use cases, focusing on AI workflows, AI Agents, and AI Knowledge Bases.
• Support the implementation and prototyping of AI-driven solutions using chat, agents and workflow tools or similar platforms for building and orchestrating AI
• Assist in building and testing AI-enabled applications to address business challenges across areas such as the five business units of Grupo Brisa (Infrastructures, Mobility, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Technology) as well as corporate functions
• Collaborate with the AI Office and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
• Support business users in adopting these technologies through intuitive self-service approaches.
• Participate in experiments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and usability of AI solutions.
• Help document AI use cases, processes, and best practices for organizational learning.
• Stay curious and continuously explore emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and applied AI technologies.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Higher education in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in AI, Data, or related areas.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., platforms commonly used in the market for developing generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or Hugging Face).
• Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) and an eagerness to learn more.
• Understanding prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
