We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: SAP HR (PA) - Lisbon (Hybrid) What we are looking for: Hard Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM, specifically in the Personnel Administration (PA) module
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, organizational management integration, and master data concepts
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Concept
• Understanding of integration points between PA and other modules (e.g., HR TIME, FI, PS)
• Experience or familiarity with SAP Time Management is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
• Experience with multi-country implementations is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Soft Skills:
