As a Manufacturing Engineer at our Versuni Orastie plant, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where innovation meets impact. You’ll play a key role in optimizing production processes, empowering frontline teams, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. From refining workflows to scaling prototypes into full production, your work will directly influence how our products are made and how efficiently they reach homes around the world.
Our Orastie facility is one of Romania’s top 100 manufacturing sites and home to our iconic coffee machines and irons. With over 1,600 team members, we’ve proudly achieved carbon neutrality since 2020 and launched our Eco-Conscious collection made from 100% plant-based plastics—cutting CO₂ emissions by 25%. And we’re just getting started.

The Impact You’ll Make
- Drive innovation by designing new manufacturing and production processes that elevate efficiency and quality
- Improve performance by analyzing existing workflows to uncover bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies
- Strengthen operations by identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective corrective actions
- Champion progress through continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Unlock insights by interpreting data from sensors, production records, and other sources to inform decisions
- Accelerate scale-up by transitioning processes from prototypes to full-scale production and adapting to varying volumes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Elecrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Analytical Mindset & Problem-Solving Skills
- Hands-On Approach
- Technical Proficiency in Engineering Tools & Methods
- Proficiency in Romanian and English
- Project Management Abilities
- Statistical & Process Control Expertise
- Experience in Life Cycle & Change Management
- Availability to work on-site 5 days a week
