Project Description
The CGM Clinical project focuses on upgrading our existing AngularJS application to Angular 20. This migration will enhance scalability, maintainability, and security while ensuring a seamless user experience for patients and hospitals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to setting the technical direction for the frontend migration initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration from AngularJS to Angular 20, ensuring robust and scalable application architecture.
- Collaborate with Backend, QA, and UX/UI teams for seamless system integration.
- Develop high-quality, modular, and reusable code following modern Angular best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimise application performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Angular practices and standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, code reviews, and agile project methodologies.
- Engage in architectural discussions and decisions to support long-term project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong focus on Angular frameworks.
- Extensive experience with AngularJS and Angular (preferably Angular 20), including migration strategies.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, and state management libraries such as NgRx.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Understanding of agile development practices and participation in SCRUM or similar methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Angular applications.
- Proven record in leading projects and mentoring teams through major technology transitions.
