We are hiring a Project Manager (IT Projects) to lead, plan, and deliver technology initiatives that are essential to our business success. In this strategic role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, align clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.

As the central point of communication, you will translate client requirements and strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable deliverables, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and create a collaborative, accountable project environment. Your contribution will generate tangible business impact, strengthen client trust, and support long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, with regular updates
  • Monitor progress to ensure projects remain on track with scope, cost, time, and quality requirements
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to minimize impact
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project context
  • Ensure proper change management processes for scope changes and align with business needs
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation throughout all phases of the project

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, workshops, and retrospectives
  • Clarify team roles and responsibilities to avoid overlaps and improve efficiency
  • Create a motivating, collaborative environment that drives accountability and performance
  • Support professional development of team members through feedback, coaching, and mentorship

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clear, transparent, and regular communication regarding progress, risks, and decisions
  • Translate client requirements into measurable deliverables that address real business needs
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility and facilitate informed decision-making through structured reporting
  • Build and maintain long-term trust by consistently delivering value and measurable outcomes

Reporting & Governance

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for steering committees and board meetings
  • Escalate critical issues in a timely manner and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with organizational strategy and business priorities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and methodologies

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Management, or related discipline
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP are highly valued
  • Additional certifications in Change Management or Risk Management are an advantage

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years in IT or technology-related projects
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Experience managing geographically distributed or multicultural teams
  • Successful management of projects across diverse areas such as IT, finance, operations, systems implementation, or organizational transformation
  • Familiarity with digitalization initiatives, process optimization, and change management is a plus
  • Experience managing projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders

Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to adapt them to specific contexts
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and resource optimization
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management, and vendor collaboration
  • Ability to leverage reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
  • Good understanding of risk management, quality assurance, and governance processes
