Senior Data Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract (Sep 2025 – Aug 2026)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (4–7 years) to support a large-scale Digital Accessibility Compliance Data & Dashboard project. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong dashboarding skills with compliance awareness and accessibility knowledge.

Location: Fully remote – has to be sweden

Salary: 40,000 SEK/month (employed model)

Duration: 19-Sep-2025 to 31-Aug-2026

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards to deliver accessibility compliance insights
• Translate legal and compliance requirements into data-driven reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support business users
• Apply row-level security and best practices in data access management
• Work as part of an Agile product team, supporting BAT and UAT activities

Requirements:

• Accessibility standards awareness (WCAG/EAA) and understanding of compliance frameworks
• Advanced Power BI dashboarding skills
• Moderate SQL with ability to manage and query structured data
• Experience with Jira, stakeholder requirement management, and Agile delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have: NGCT, Python, basics of data science, data products on GCP, DevOps (GitHub, automated deployments), and self-service Power BI setup.
