As Senior Product Manager for our women's wear woven category at our Stockholm Office, you will lead a team driving product development, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency and delivery across collections. The role requires strong leadership, supplier collaboration, sustainability and production excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Product Manager for our women's wear woven category your main contribution will be to drive the product development process to meet business goals. You will report to RTW Development Director.

You will play a vital role in ensuring commercially successful and well-executed collections by:

  • Leading the material and development process in line with company standards and business goals for desirability, quality, cost, sustainability and delivery
  • Having responsibility for style allocation between factories to ensure the highest possible standard of make while achieving target CMT and FOB prices in accordance with the collection's price range
  • Leading and reviewing fittings sessions, provide proactive and focused input to ensure quality and fit
  • Managing the costing process and analysis of margins and deciding on negotiation strategies towards suppliers to ensure we achieve company targets in alignment with the development director RTW
  • Working on development strategies in relation to suppliers and business objectives in alignment with the Development Director
  • Leading, motivating and developing direct reports

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Academic degree, from fashion and or textile education
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a RTW product development role preferably from high-end fashion brands
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong pricing and negotiating skills
