What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science,
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
• Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks,
• Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile Web Services,
• Strong expertise in Jira administration and development (automation, workflows, rulesets, dashboards),
• Ability to participate in business analysis sessions with stakeholders,
• Passion for using new technologies in projects,
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

What you will be doing:

• Attending and actively contributing to requirements gathering meetings with business units,
• Writing clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),
• Mapping requirements to modules, features, and workflows,
• Creating detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions,
• Defining, documenting, and managing business requirements,
• Designing and maintaining workflows, screens, custom fields, and rulesets,
• Implementing Jira automation and integrations,
• Supporting project teams in optimizing Jira usage for Agile delivery.
