Mobiva is a mobile app studio developing lifestyle, health, social, and productivity apps for iOS and Android. We design, build, and grow all our products in-house. From R&D to design, coding, and marketing – the entire process is managed within our team. Our apps reach millions of users in global markets and continue to grow rapidly.



Responsibilities


  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and define product problems
  • Prepare business analysis documents, test cases, mockups, and prototypes to support development
  • Define product acceptance criteria and ensure their application during the development process
  • Communicate effectively with the software team and understand technical requirements
  • Analyze product performance metrics to evaluate success and improvements
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and user testing to understand customer needs
  • Join grooming sessions to make sure the development team clearly understands backlog items
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to refine and deliver product requirements
  • Provide clear requirements to technical teams and actively engage in technical discussions
  • Build product vision and roadmap, managing the entire product lifecycle
  • Research and analyze market trends to evaluate operational efficiency and discover new opportunities
  • Use A/B tests, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve the product cycle
  • Mentor and support new team members, helping them grow within the Product team


Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, preferably in mobile products
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Solid knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem, App Store / Google Play dynamics, and monetization models (subscriptions, IAP, ads)
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, software development processes, and UI/UX principles
  • Customer-focused approach with strong empathy skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven work environment
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
