What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Planning and implementing recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with cultural fit and role-based competencies
  • Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)
  • Enhance candidate experience by identifying opportunities for process improvement based on feedback and insights
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay current on trends in talent acquisition and employer branding, and bring innovative solutions to the table


What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced industries (FMCG, consulting)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different hiring needs
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Experience in employer branding, university relations, or early talent programs is a strong plus
