What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process from research, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI.
- Work cross-functionally with founders, product managers, and engineers to shape engaging user experiences.
- Deeply understand user journeys, motivations, and pain points to design intuitive interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable UI systems.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate design decisions.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, gaming aesthetics, and industry best practices.
- 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in gaming, sports-tech, or Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
- Experience in motion graphics, micro-interactions, or game UI/UX is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and own projects end to end.
- Passion for gaming, sports, and digital experiences is a big plus!
