I’ve partnered with a leading UK charity to recruit a Product Manager who will drive innovation across digital tools and services that support life-saving mental health work.
You’ll be joining a passionate team committed to challenging stigma, empowering individuals, and transforming how people access help. This organisation is known for its bold campaigns, inclusive culture, and unwavering dedication to making support accessible to all.
We’re looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead improvements across their digital portfolio, including website, mobile app, chatbot, and CRM. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager, developers, designers, and stakeholders to optimise user journeys and deliver impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the optimisation of digital products, improving UX, accessibility, and performance
- Lead user journey mapping across web and mobile, ensuring inclusive and insight-led design
- Define user stories and guide development teams through delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Champion continuous improvement through data, research, and testing
This is a hands-on role spanning product strategy, UX, stakeholder engagement, and delivery,ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Offering up to £45k + hybrid working in London (2 days in-office) + unlimited annual leave + every 2nd Friday off + 6% pension + healthcare cash plan + therapeutic services.
