The company is a fast-growing Australian retail leader that has the best of both worlds — a strong physical store footprint and a rapidly expanding eCommerce business.
As CTO, you’ll join the executive team and work side-by-side with the CEO. This role goes beyond managing systems — it’s about setting a clear vision, building a high-performance culture, and making technology a core driver of business value.
You’ll lead the strategy and execution of all technology initiatives across infrastructure, digital solutions, and business systems — while staying close enough to guide delivery, troubleshoot, and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and ready for peak demand. You’ll oversee the full technology stack (APIs, ERP, POS, WMS, headless eCommerce platforms, BI tools, and more), steer the eCommerce platform roadmap, and champion innovation in data, AI, and automation to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock revenue growth.
Your first 12 months will include:
- Assessing resourcing, systems, and processes — implementing quality and efficiency improvements.
- Leading the migration/build-out of a modern data platform aligned to AI and analytics needs.
- Driving AI adoption to improve decision-making, productivity, and customer experience.
- Delivering a prioritised roadmap for people, processes, and technology.

- Commercially sharp and customer-focused — understanding the business impact of technology and communicating the “why” to align teams and stakeholders.
