IT INTERN

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and improve analytical programs and present the results of your business unit/category/region to leaders.
- Analyze the variable, granular data of your business and regularly use advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains.
- Demonstrate use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from our mountains of data
- Work with cybersecurity to ensure the security of our IT environment, including compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, along with software and hardware components.
- Develop comprehensive training manuals and formulate other essential technical documents.
- Efficiently respond to queries through phone calls, instant messaging, or web tickets.
- Facilitate logging of tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.
- Conduct technical training for IT users.
- Studies in Computer Systems, IT, Systems Engineering, Computing
- Have 2 years to finish the
- Inventory and Asset Tracking:
- Support the IT team in managing inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
- Ensure accurate records of IT equipment and licenses.
- Ticket Management:
- Home office opportunity (3 days/week)
- You must have no more than two years remaining to complete your university studies.
