We’re looking for a Software Delivery Manager to join our Engineering team (15 people). In this role, you’ll ensure our software is delivered efficiently, securely, and at the highest quality — so our clients can keep making a positive impact worldwide.

Mission

As a Software Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our 15-person development team. Your role is to drive delivery excellence and team performance. You will build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision making, reporting to the Head of Engineering and working closely with the Product team to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.

In practice, this means you will:

  • Plan and manage delivery: define goals, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprints.
  • Ensure quality & security: enforce secure development practices (SSDLC), maintain strong QA and testing standards, monitor code quality, and ensure compliance (ISO 27001).
  • Boost team performance: foster collaboration, run reviews and career discussions, support hiring, and create an environment where people thrive.
  • Use data & KPIs: define and track metrics (velocity, lead time, defect rates, code quality, etc.), analyze trends, and present insights to leadership to improve delivery.
  • Optimize tools & processes: leverage Jira, Git workflows, CI/CD, and analytics tools (CodeScene, HayStack, CodeRabbit) to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Facilitate technical decisions: bridge business and technical needs, clarify requirements, coordinate with architects and leads, and ensure feasibility and alignment.

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent proven experience
  • 5–10 years in software delivery or engineering management roles.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Solid knowledge of software development practices, quality assurance, and secure development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.

Bonus points if you have: SaaS experience or familiarity with PHP-based applications.
