Job title - Enterprise Account Executive

Quota - €2-3m revenue p/a

Location - Dublin, Ireland (in the office 2/3 days per week)

Budget - Up to €120k basic, an uncapped double OTE & benefits

Reporting to - VP Commercial


Ingenio is delighted to be working with a very well known technology consultancy business that sells into the global legal ecosystem.


Our client is looking for a Business Development Director, who is an experienced sales professional with a focus on new business & client acquisition.


You'll have:


  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Direct experience selling technology services.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and navigating extended lead times.
  • Demonstrated success in owning the full sales process, from initial outreach to contract closure, with the ability to independently negotiate and close large deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on articulating value propositions in a consultative sales environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.



You MUST have:


  1. Had significant New Business experience selling consulting, services, or enterprise software to senior commercial & C-suite buyers (average deal sizes are €300k)
  2. Must have demonstrable experience owning a multimillion quota selling in long sales cycles (6-12 months) on a relationship basis
  3. Must have experience working in a small to medium-sized business, ideally that is PE/VC backed, and is comfortable with ambiguity & doing things yourself
