Temporary CSA Project Manager
Dublin
Immediate start for 2 - 4 months
We are working with a leading construction company delivering high-profile projects across Ireland who are looking for an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Project Manager. The role is to start immediately for a 2 - 4 month period based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CSA package on a major project, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CSA scope of works including civil, structural, and architectural packages.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP and wider project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project reporting.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant construction or engineering degree (preferred).
