We are hiring an IT Project Manager to join our team in Boxmeer
Responsibilities
- Kick off activities including standing up the team to complete all tasks to achieve the project objectives.
- Create, update, and review project plans with stakeholders
- Run and maintain the project plan, project charter and any scope change requests.
- Organize and agree key workshops around Design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and knowledge transfer sessions with both the vendors, plant representatives and any other MAH representatives needed to get to a global system / global template for packaging.
- Organize and lead weekly, bi-weekly and monthly project meetings such as team, steerco, design authority and program meetings.
- Coordinate all input to key SDLC documentation including requirements specification. Facilitate the signoff of each SDLC document, using MSD approved systems
- Make sure all technical design and infrastructure documents are drafted, agreed and signed off between the vendor, local IT and Engineering and IT architecture teams.
- Ensure all business activities are agreed with the plant teams, resourced and correctly done in coordination with technical activities, these include local changes to Standard Operating Procedures, Training Material, and Training sessions needed to ensure the system is correctly used.
Experience:
- Experience: managing MES PAS-X deployment project 5+ years of MES working experience in manufacturing life sciences, technical depth with Werum/Koerber PAS-X
- Experience deploying MES PAS-X interfaces with SAP.
- Strong understanding of operational technologies in life science manufacturing specifically the business use cases and value drivers for process execution solutions
- Experience with SDLC in life sciences manufacturing
- Experience with installation, qualification, creating PAS-X G/MBRs projects
- Able to travel to the site for work purposes up to 50% of the time
- Experience with project management waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience with project financial controls, forecasting, reporting on actuals, approving time sheets, resource planning
- Experience with MS project server software
- Knowledge of MES PAS-X G/MBR deployment to packaging facilities is preferred
- Experience with executive stakeholder management
