We are seeking a Mid Software Engineer to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive operational excellence, scalability, and reliability.

As a Mid Software engineer, you will be an integral part of our agile team, contributing to the operational health, deployment, and lifecycle of technology and platform solutions in Körber Pharma Software.

Your role in our team

  • Designing and implementing scalable backend architectures.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Your profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in designing and developing robust backend systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages e.g C#,Java, Golang, elixir, Rust, Python, Others and related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Frameworks like Spring Boot, Rest, GraphQL and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases and conducting test automation.
  • Experience working in cloud development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice to have

  • Frontend Skills using Javascript, Typescript, Vue || React || Angular.
  • Experience with other languages like Golang, Python, Node, etc.
  • Familiarity with Middleware Architecture or Message Queues (Kafka & RabbitMQ is a plus).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Travis, Circle CI, Jenkins, etc.
