Product Quality Manager – Switzerland

BioTalent is partnering with a leading biotech company to hire a Product Quality Manager with strong technical QA experience in GMP environments.

What this role offers

An exciting opportunity to ensure the quality and compliance of innovative products throughout customer projects, working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-moving setting.

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the key technical QA contact for customer projects and address quality-related questions.
• Oversee and support QA activities to ensure full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including deviation reports, CAPAs, and batch records.
• Manage quality agreements and assist with method transfers, qualifications, and validations.
• Provide technical expertise during audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate batch manufacturing and QC release to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Create, review, and approve essential QA documents such as SOPs and batch records.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Several years’ experience in a technical QA role within GMP, ideally in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in microbiology or QC is a bonus.
