The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
- manage the lifecycle of products within the assigned portfolio, from development to launch and beyond;
- develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion;
- analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development;
- plan and manage product launches within the assigned portfolio;
- work closely with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization;
- engage with customers and KOLs to gather insights and feedback on products;
- organize and conduct comprehensive training programs for internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) and external customers (e.g., healthcare professionals). Develop training materials and modules that support hands-on learning, driving product adoption and enhancing customer engagement.
The resource should also have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management within the healthcare or medical device industry;
- strong understanding of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management;
- fluent in English.
