For our customer in Basel we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Data Protection & Privacy to lead enterprise-wide compliance and governance initiatives across our international operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of data protection in one of the world’s leading Agri-Tech organizations.

About the Role
As Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead the global privacy vision & strategy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and emerging international privacy regulations.
- Oversee our privacy program across 130+ countries, leveraging OneTrust for governance, risk, and compliance.
- Drive organizational maturity in privacy through transformation initiatives, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and lead a global privacy team, fostering a strong community of practice and ensuring alignment across diverse functions.
- Provide expert guidance on incident response, crisis management, data breaches, and AI governance (EU AI Act).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global data protection strategy aligned with business goals.
- Implement and optimize the OneTrust privacy management platform across 61+ countries.
- Design and maintain comprehensive privacy frameworks and processes.
- Expand privacy program coverage beyond HR & Marketing to higher-risk global functions.
- Lead incident response, crisis management, and personal data exposure mitigation.
- Deliver enterprise-wide privacy training & awareness programs.
