Role Overview

We are seeking a Tokenomics Lead to design, analyze, and refine the economic models that support our token ecosystem. This role works closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop sustainable token frameworks that encourage adoption, maintain liquidity, and support value generation within our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tokenomic models for a range of tokens, ensuring balance between incentives, utility, and sustainability
• Review and adjust token supply, distribution, staking, and reward mechanisms
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate tokenomics into various platforms and services
• Use tools such as Python, R, or blockchain analytics platforms to model economic scenarios and forecast token behavior
• Work with marketing teams to prepare clear explanations of token functions and benefits for relevant audiences
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and competitiveness
• Provide reports and recommendations to leadership on token performance and ecosystem development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tokenomics, economics, or financial modeling, including at least 2 years in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector
• Experience designing token economies for projects with measurable market adoption
• Strong knowledge of DeFi, blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BNB, Solana), and gaming-related economies
• Proficiency in economic modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) and blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Etherscan)
• Understanding of gaming ecosystems (play-to-earn, metaverse) and asset tokenization
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or blockchain-related certifications are an asset
