About The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical B.I Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. You’ll play a central role in building, deploying, and maintaining data visualizations and reports that drive decision-making across the business. Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker to support business stakeholders and clients.
- Surface and query data-models to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting.
- Partner with engineering teams to define, develop, and test new data-models and data connections.
- Translate business and client requirements into user-friendly data visualizations and insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data visibility, quality, and reporting efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making across teams.
- Contribute to documentation and training materials to help users adopt and maximize reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with industry leading B.I tools (Looker preferred), building and deploying dashboards and reports and also writing and maintaining LookML
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data-models.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams to design and enhance data pipelines and models.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Understanding of ETL processes and data engineering concepts.
- Additional languages are a plus.
