Education & Experience
Qualification And Requirements
Nationality: Omani nationals only.
Experience: Fresh graduates or have less than 3 years of work experience at the advertisement closing date.
CGPA: A minimum CGPA of 3.00 (No rounding up) or above.
Education: Must have completed all requirements for a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following majors:
Bachelor’s Degree – Graduates With The Following Majors
Successfully complete the Graduate Development Program (Shababuna)

- Attested degree Certificate:
- For Local private universities/colleges qualifications must be attested or stamped by Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI).
- For overseas qualifications require an equivalency letter from (MoHERI).
- Completion letter for those who haven’t graduated yet (Efada).
- Valid Omani National ID (both sides).
- Valid passport copy.
- Updated and detailed Manpower CV [ Latest September 2025].
- “PDO reserves the right to respond or contact only those who meet the criteria and confirmed to attend an interview. If you do not receive a response within two months from Advertisement closing date, consider your application has been unsuccessful”.
