As our Product Manager, Enterprise Growth, you will own the end-to-end platform experience for our enterprise customers, with a clear north star: maximizing adoption of the platform measured by AI generations consumed. You will lead the charge in understanding user behavior, identifying bottlenecks, and building core platform features that enhance engagement and remove friction.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth strategy, where you will be responsible for features and experiences that touch every user on the platform.

• 4+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Proven track record of driving product growth and adoption through UX optimization and platform-wide feature development.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Mixpanel to identify trends and validate impact.
• Hands-on experience with user testing and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Confluence).
• A growth-oriented mindset and passion for removing friction so users can unlock the full potential of the platform.

Job Responsibilities

Drive Adoption Through Continuous User Testing and Optimization

• Work with customer success and account teams to architect a use case mapping across enterprise customers.
• Conduct ongoing user research and usability testing to uncover adoption blockers and friction points that reduce AI generation consumption relative to priority use cases
• Collaborate with design and engineering to rapidly iterate on UX improvements that remove barriers and increase engagement.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise user use-cases and workflows and leverage those insights to inform prioritization.
• Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to systematically optimize the end-to-end platform experience.

Own Core, Platform-Wide Features That Impact Every User

• Define the vision and roadmap for foundational features such as homepages, libraries, settings, and navigation—critical surfaces that shape the platform experience.
• Ensure these platform-wide features are designed to maximize discoverability, reduce friction, and increase repeat usage for all users, regardless of use case.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, customer success) to deliver these features with high quality and measurable impact.
• Advocate for a seamless, cohesive user experience that drives long-term enterprise adoption and platform stickiness.
